Refunds for digital purchases

Easy Keto is a digital educational product that provides immediate access to online content after purchase. Because access to the digital product is granted immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

When we review refund requests

We will, however, review refund requests where:

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• payment was completed but the purchased access was not provided because of a technical issue on our side;
• the transaction was unauthorized or otherwise requires review; or
• a refund is required under applicable law.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method where supported.
